Notes End of the Missoula caching for the day
[log] We saved this for #750 - in 2 1/2 years! And what a great one it was; a marvelous tribute and an amazing hide. Thanks so much. Left a green jeep for swag.

Notes: A two-day caching trip through Idaho |
#751 Ghost Rails #010: The Bridge at Saltese by rendez-vous
Montana - Sept. 2, 2006 |
[log] Cool trestle; nice short heart-beating hike - so why didn't we drive up? Hint was right on. Thanks for the history. |
#752 The Cow Catcher by thehobbler, adopted by racknap |
[log] Hit the flea market first to get more Bison capsules, then found this adorable cow-catcher. Got a real chuckle out of this one. Thanks.
Our favorite of the day! Exchanged TB's and traded for a cache container. |
#753 Weigh up by Bungie |
[log] Our favorite of the day! Exchanged TB's and traded for a cache container. |
#754 Cat Tracks by gonzogang |
[log] Have two kitties that were mad at being left home, even though they howl in the car, so we thought it appropriate to take the natural cat tranquilizer and a cat toy for them. Traded for other items. We enjoyed the area and the cache. Thanks. |
#755 Westbound Rest Stop by Dolango |
[log] Muggles everywhere, but we found a way. Picked up a TB in exchange for the Baby Steps TB. |
#756 4th Ave TB Exchange, Spokane by Dream Cache R |
[log] Picked up the Old Navy TB to move to another state. Watch out for the bees; the Frog got stung. |

Notes: Idaho coughed up 10 new caches for us. |

Notes: Some fun caches near home. |
#767 Easy Rider Micro by Tatorjuice
Montana - Sept. 10, 2006 |
[log] Meet SoylentPink and family on the hunt for this; Frogwarts spied it first so we got the first to find, which hardly seemed fair with 6 people looking. Had a fun chat, then on to the next cache. Nice hide. |
#768 Dead Tree Cache by Crazy_Penguin54 |
[log] Had to laugh - crossed trains 4 times coming and going - thought we'd never see the "end" of it - no pun intended. Took a back route up the hill we think, but found it never-the-less. |
#769 Lake Helena View by moosehr |
[log] Bearfr decided to use the clue everywhere she could think of and preseverance paid off with a find! She suggests that you go to the coords then do an offset of 125' at 350 degrees if you want to be faster. |

Notes: Caching with Matt in Sydney, Australia |
Notes
[log] Our first international cache; we're in Australia to visit our son at the Naval Base, and visited the head for both the views and the cache. Left an American flag pin from Montana for Aussie trades.
[top]
Notes
[log] Our second Australian find, and the newbie of the group beat the experienced hands on this one. Left some American trades for the Aussies.
[top]
Notes
[log] Number 3 in Australia; a long way from home in Montana, USA. Our Jack Russell helped us find his one in his hurry to get down the rocks to the beach. Traded an American "Officer" Bean for an Australian bookmark.
[top]
Notes
[log] Our 4th cache of Australia. Hit this one with my son as he showed us around where he has been living the last few years. Left a tiger. Took nothing.

Notes :
[log]Had to find one more cache in Australia to drop off a brand new TB; easy find but Filbert TB was missing. Saw hang gliders off the cliff.

[log] Took a while - clever hide. Beautiful area for a stop. |
#788 North -South Crossing by chenstine2A |
[log] Easy find, but the best part - as we put the cache back 100 Canadian geese flew in Vs directly over our heads about 100 ft above us. Awesome!!! |
#789 The N.E.W. Cache by HermanDaGerman & Frauline |
[log] Quick and easy with no muggles on a Sunday. |

#793 Lions Park by RAM Explorers |
[log] Just got back from Australia, so the clue for this one was great. Great camo as usual. |
#794 The Angel Bird by Wildburg |
[log] Good hide; the container needs some maintenance for stability. |
#795 Gone To The Dogs by runningrock |
[log] Easy to spot; hard to get to. We left a TB for the kids who bring their dogs. Our cats were disappointed to find no kitty toys. |

#804 Pack 236 Hell Gate Camp by dexteri & Pack 236
Montana - Oct. 29, 2006 |
[log] The gate is now locked so the walk is a little further, but worth it on a gorgeous fall day when the weather seemed like summer. Dropped a TB and geocoin. |
#805 Fishing Access 1 by dexteri |
[log] Had to use the hint since our GPS was about .011 off on the west coords. Wonder if this one will survive the spring runoff. |
#806 McJunk Cache by helena5 |
[log] Had two caches out here and never knew about this entrance. A nice walk on a fall day and an easy find. Left a Jeep TB. |
#807 Fishing Access A by dexteri |
[log] Great hint; the cache had bit the dust literally, so we re-hid it without the benefit of glue in the same place. |

Notes: More Missoula, Montana finds. |
#808 OUT AND ABOUT by retired dust |
Montana - Nov. 6, 2006 |
[log] Frogwarts scored in under 4 minutes on this one, while Bearfr watched in disgust. Clever camo even after we found it. |
#809 Bug Eyes by cameljocky |
[log] Coords gave us intial trouble but once you found it, you obviously found it. Cute! |
#810 Tree House by cameljocky |
[log] Ah Cameljocky, this was a g-o-o-d one. Thanks for all your clever hides. We really enjoy these kind. |

[log] One of our favorites of the day. Clever hide and name pun. |
#812 Erins Cache by wildfire1 |

[log] Frogwarts grabbed this one while Bearfr visited her favorite quilt shop. |

Notes: On our way to our new Arizona home. |
#817 Czech's Cache #7 by RockyRaab |
Utah - Dec. 2, 2006 |
[log] We've seen a lot of sneaky ones, so once the coords settled down, the find was an easy one for us. It's a grand idea that we hadn't seen though. Thanks. |

#821 Prairie Doggin' by goneautobahn |
[log] Didn't know this road went south, so found both a new area and the cache. Thanks |

#872 Padre Kino by Mindfulness
Arizona - May 5, 2007 |
[log] Had looked for this one in its first location with no luck last May, so were glad to snag it on our second trip through the area. |
#873 Kay Stupy Cache by TsuNSno |
[log] Had a bit of a time finding the park; it's now buried behind construction. Nice hide. Since we found the coords to be about 20 ft off, we'll list a warning note; there is a nest with four tiny eggs at the listed site - make sure not to touch it - wouldn't want mama to leave her babies. |
#874 Tanis Development Proceeding by CitizenCache |
[log] On our way back to Sahuarita from Patagonia Lake. It seemed appropriate that since this was our 5th cache of the day on Bearfr's birthday 5/5/51, that she should end up finding the cache and the cool FTF geocaching pin that someone left for her hat pin collection. Great area and nice hide. |
#875 LITHOMORPH by Team Obsidian |
[log] Found it, but are curious - why the name? |
#876 Casa del las tres chupacabras by Las Tres Chupacabras |
[log] Great area! The hint was particularly helpful in finding the start - who would know this was here? Aren't geocachers great. |

Notes: Catching a couple for the day. |
#877 The Rock by HasherCachers

Notes: Sent the TB with Jamie to visit Madagascar |
Notes
[log] Well Marty was determined to get here before leaving Madagascar in the hands of his handler Jamie. With the help of a friend, we got to the location of the cache - even decided the hiding place, but simply could NOT get rid of the muggles. Since we were just planning on dropping and retrieving Marty and Jamie didn't have a handle to log with, we called it good enough. The surroundings were amazing; so glad we came. We will let Mom (Bearfr) log our visit after we get home from other adventures with Marty.

#949 Nuevo Chiricahuan Campout by Team_Loki |

[log] The hillside wasn't screaming, but the legs on the way down were; the view was well worth it according to Frogwarts - Bearfr watched from half-way. |
#950 Waterfall Spring Cache by Copper Queens |
[log] We missed the draw on the way up, but that was Ok since we came out right at cache level. The draw was running half full, so we had to pick our way out; being from Montana originally, it was great to see this much water again. Thanks for a nice one. |
